Choosing the perfect shade online can be tricky, so here’s how we handle colour match:

Limited Shades

SAIR currently offers 6 curated shades. Because of this, it’s important to choose carefully, as we cannot guarantee an exact match for every hair tone.

How to Match

  • Each shade on our website includes reference photos and descriptions.

  • We recommend comparing against your natural hair in natural light and reviewing our shade guide carefully.

  • If you’re unsure, you can contact us at hello@sairhair.com for guidance before ordering.

Exchanges for Colour

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The hair is unused and in its original condition, with all security ties intact.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the colour doesn’t blend exactly — this is standard practice for natural hair products and limited shade ranges.

Tips to Avoid Mistakes

  • Hold the extension bundle against your natural hair before removing security ties.

  • Don’t wash, cut, colour, or style the hair until you’re sure it’s the right shade.

  • If you’re unsure, pre-order early so you have time to compare before stock runs out.
