Exchanges

Choosing the right shade can be tricky. Exchanges may be accepted within 3 days of delivery for hair extensions that are unused, unworn, and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any hair that has been worn, washed, styled, cut, coloured, or altered in any way. Exchanges are subject to shade availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only provided for faulty or incorrect items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Approved returns must be unused and returned in original condition.

Hair extensions are not eligible for return or exchange if:

• The hair has been worn or tried on.
• The hair has been washed, styled, cut, coloured, or altered.
• The product is not returned in its original condition.
